- Create and propose a structure for the future knowledge management concept including knowledge lifecycle management, a knowledge base structure and templates
- Create a proposal for a knowledge management tool
- Interview current Knowledge Owners to collect requirements and existing sources of knowledge
- Review knowledge articles (created by Knowledge Owners or other sources) for improvements

- Profound experience in the Knowledge Management field
