Beschreibung

We are looking for a Business Analyst in Commerce Cloud for an electrical components manufacturer based in Munich. This is a remote project due to Covid19 situation.

Candidates must demonstrate the following skills:

• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Drive workshops with PO and identify the new features and gaps in the current implementation
• Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
• Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Working closely with business stakeholders, lead engineers, product managers and analysts to design solutions through the full life cycle from conception to
market
• Demonstrate expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence
• A liaison between business and technology stakeholders, engineering teams, and Integration team
• Experience of working in a software product management role, managing teams across one or more work-streams in an Agile environment
• Experience on commerce platform knowledge and done BA role.
• Proven experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes
• Launched product experiences into consumer-facing web
• Understanding of standard delivery life-cycle methodologies (SDLC, Agile)
• Experience in partnering across functional teams and LOBs to ensure quality product output, timeliness, and market requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain solutions, provide alternatives, escalate as needed, and have difficult conversations at
executive levels
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to timely completion
• Demonstrated ability to identify business and technical impacts of requirements
• Must be fluent in German and English
