Trans4mation BS is looking for a Technical PMO Analyst (m/f/d) for an exciting position in Munich.

You will be part of our team of experienced IT project managers, where you will be working for several projects ranging from large scale IT projects and complex carve-out projects. You will work in diverse project teams and develop the projects in close collaboration with the partners.
Primary purpose of the role
The project management office (PMO) is a part of the operative project management and fulfils administrative and operative tasks of project planning and management.
Key responsibilities
Organisation of meetings
Taking meeting minutes
Update and trace action items
Prepare reporting slides
Responsible for subtasks
Informing team members
Updating project plans
Support project controlling
Responsible for repository
Support reporting topics
Tracking of project timescale, deliverables and costs
Support project documentation
Support alignment team members
Qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as PMO or project manger
IT, especially infrastructure knowledge
Extended knowledge in Microsoft products like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
Knowledge of project management frameworks
English
German (preferable)
Global Player experience (preferable)
