Our client is currently looking for a Siebel Business Analyst (m/f) for a project in Bonn.Task Description
Our client has launched the IT Program NG CRM in order to build a common CRM platform. This program has major impact on the business of the involved NatCos.
The different objectives and priorities of the various stakeholders constitute a complex environment for whole NG CRM program. Furthermore the whole program was initially set up as an IT program and did not consider business needs sufficiently; therefore NatCos lack an end-to-end transparency regarding functional design / requirements from a business perspective.
- Modelling of business processes according to eTOM standard and in line with functional requirements of the NatCos
- Ongoing alignment with system process delivered by system integrators
- Ongoing alignment with deliverables & requirements pf product catalogue team
Skills:
- knowledge and experience in modelling of Business Processes
- Familiar to applicable modelling standards ARIS, BPMN
- UML Activity Diagrams
- Telco CRM Experience
- Siebel Business Analyst
- Certification on Siebel 7.8 or later
- Knowledge of Siebel modules: Sales & Marketing, Customer Order Management, Product Modelling & pricing, Loyalty
