We have a6 months and rolling contract for Munich, Germany
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly interacts with customer to plan and manage all projects activities
• Provide periodic updates to the client (daily & weekly)
• Managing/assigning and monitoring the near-shore staff in their day-to-day duties using tools selected and hosted by the client
• Ensuring continuous day-to-day collaboration between all stakeholders and vendors that include product owner, application experts, architects, user interface experts, UI designer, developers and third party software vendors throughout the product development process
• Ensure compliance with the contractual SLAs and continuously monitor the KPIs
• Properly manage client’s escalations & coach the team to prevent future escalations
Manages relationship with client project managers & key stakeholders
Must Have:
• Project management (5+ years)
• Project experience – EBICS standards, German and Austrian banking standards & regulations, eBanking, Corporate Channels and Payments areas as well as Trade Finance domain, SWIFT
• Customer engagement
• Experience and/or certifications on agile methodology
• Language experience - English
• Available to travel both at Munich or Vienna on request
Rate- 400 Euros/day
