I am currently looking for a Full-stack software developer (m / f / d) in the field of scientific data management.Your tasks
• Development, implementation and maintenance of innovative software solutions in a team
• Administration of application software
• Creation of requirements analyzes, system drafts and software specifications
• Documentation of solutions and results
• Independent examination and active participation as well as constant further development of existing methods and technologies
Qualifications required:
• successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of in-depth knowledge of JavaScript including asynchronous programming and promises
• several years of experience with distributed systems
• Experience in developing progressive web apps with modern web frameworks (Vue, Angular, React), preferably Angular 2+ and RxJS
• Experience in backend development (preferably NodeJS, ExpressJS)
• Knowledge of Linux systems as a user
Desirable qualifications:
• Experience with operating an Elastic Search cluster and querying indexes
• Good knowledge of version control (Git)
• Experience with the Feature Manipulation Engine (FME)
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of working with Tomcat
