We are looking for a freelance expert in RAN engineering.Location: remote (initial training in Berlin for max. 4 weeks)
Start date: 04.01.2021
End date: est. 31.12.2021
Tasks:
- Support for interoperability testing in the OTIC-Lab Berlin
- Support for vendors, offer environment in testing their solution in the lab, helping with integration
- Design of RAN-tests, RF-tests and analysis of messages from protocol testers
- Experienced with distributed teams
- Job experience of 3-5 years
- Experience in designing and analysing RAN-tests & RF-testing
- Very good knowledge on 3GPP-based radio technology, both 4G and 5G
- Hands-on experience with respective test tools (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer)
- Working knowledge with logs from the tools, interpretation and bug fixing
- English skills are required
- German skills are beneficial
