Task:The person will plan and drive the deployment of a new project methodology in a large functional area.
The work is a major change project.
The main tasks will include:
- defining the deployment strategy/plan
- planning the deployment of the project methodology
- preparing and running workshops with management
- preparing and running forums with project staff
- contributing to the training material with concrete examples from the functional area
Requirements (Must have):
Qualifications and skills:
- senior person
- university degree preferred (B.Sc., M.Sc.)
- experience in preparing and giving trainings in IT environment (on project methodology preferred)
- experience in change management (preferably in an IT environment)
- open minded and communicative personality
- sensitive for cultural aspects/differences
- ability to build up network quickly
- fluent in English (written and spooken) an absolute must
