Aufgabe:
The Project Manger works with business manager to identify and analyze business requirements and processes; he/she will also design, develop and implement APO solutions. It is included in this role the research and evaluation of alternative solutions, providing recommendations for the design of system/functional solutions.
The Role is based on the implementation of a new template for an APO SNP environment, with specific responsibility for planning and implementing changes by involving all relevant parties (e.g. IT, QA, Business).
Key responsibility is to manage the Project Deliverables as defined in the global SDLC (e.g. Project Charter, Management Plan, URS and Functional Requirements), including the review of Functional design, the support of business in defining and managing test approaches and UAT testing with the business.
The project manager will oversight and report for requested project tasks, including all aspects of business analysis, development of requirements and system implementation. Specific importance will have the principle that solution meets the requirement with creation of value for business.
It is also required to contribute to outlining performance qualification testing and validation plans, as well as a contribute to guide the business on creating key messages to be used in change management plans and training material content.
Working together with SNP Stream leader and business project manager, the project manager will focus on the following goals
- Project deliverables
- Definition of business requirements
- General solution design
- Planning process flow design
- Coordination of the project team resources (2-4 heads) in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project goals
- Management the project schedule
- Review and validation of the detailed design of the technical solution
It will be required, in the prosecution of the SNP project, the coordination of technical & business cutover activities, including the possibility to provide direct support to end-users. This activity may include direct contact and training.
As part of this role, it?s required the ability to work respecting deadlines, managing possible workload peaks and pressure, and managing conflicting requirements.

Anforderung:
- Minimum 5/6 years of experience in APO SNP area
- Experience as project manager in a leading role for implementation of SAP projects, especially in the APO SNP area.
- Senior experience in the project planning, scheduling of activities and management of resources
- Fundamental knowledge of business process analysis and design, system architectures, technology standards and proven record in translating business needs into requirements with delivered business value.
- Experience in the advanced modules of APO (that experience should come from direct implementations, roll-outs and/or solution design)
- SNP Heuristic
- Capacity Levelling
- CTM / Optimizer
- Strong communication skills and strong knowledge of business scenario, especially in demand & supply planning area.
- The experience should include FMCG companies and ideally including at least a food or HPC or pharmaceutical company
- Fluent English, written & spoken
- Must be located in Europe or EMEA region
- Visa-ready for travel in EU and Switzerland

Wünschenswert:
-CTM experiences (if possible)
- experiences in design solutions,
- writing documentations, understand the business,
- define which are the deliverables,
- general list of requirements,
- Bill solutions/design,
- management of resources,
- experiences in highlevel project design phase (blue-print)
