Ihre Qualifikationen:
• OS Windows
• MS Office , Anti-virus software.
• Basic knowledge MS Exchange
• Very good PC hardware knowledge
• Good knowledge networking &Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Packaging technologies ( Wise, ….)
• Flexera Apportal
• knowledge ITIL
• Knowledege encryption software (McAfee end point encryption)
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Support internal users for all pc /telephony HW& SW incidents (Incident Management)
• Identification, Analyse and resolution of HW & SW incidents (Incident Management)
• Install predefine PC configurations
• Use SCCM for Sw distribution, Put SW package available
• Install no predefine PC configurations, Install printers
• Collaboration on projects
• Maintenance PC installation
• Install phone & network connections, Install smartphones
• Participate on moves from services
• Install , maintenance & support of video-audio systems
• Repair PC’s
• Asset management, Account user management
• Creation sw installation packages (Release Management), Creation of PC configurations
• Use of VDI technologies
• Maintenance PC installation
• Support Third line on pc applications
• License metering
• Sccm administration
