For one of our clients we are looking for a Support Engineer Messaging Systems (m/f/d).The consultant will work as a member of an international project team.
The following skills are required:
Candidates should have strong customer management skills and/or an aptitude to work calmly with customers under immense pressure
Ability to put ‘customer first’ in any situation
Extensive knowledge of Notes/Domino Administration including internals like LTPA, Security, Certificates
Knowledge of network analyzers like Wireshark, windows debugging tools, protocols like VP, TCSPI, RTP, SIP etc.
Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and SSL Communication is needed
Strong administration skills on Notes/Domino/SameTime/Traveler or equivalent
Domain knowledge of Instant Messaging, Voice and Video Conferencing Solution is important
Working knowledge of OS - Win/ Unix/ Linux is required
Should be willing to work in shifts during weekdays/weekends
Long term commitment to Germany location is a must
Should have strong desire to seek long term career in Customer Support field
Fluent written and spoken German
Main Location: Rhein-Main area, Germany; part-time remote
Duration: start ASAP till 6 months with option to extend
