Responsibilities:- Researching and responding to escalated enquiries from Medical Information Vendor via in-house expertise and clinical data (data on file and published)
- Create Standard Response Documents for new trending questions in a way that is medically accurate, timely, balanced and meet customers' needs
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/Work Instruction(s) in accordance with the Companys frameworks where needed
- Exhibiting broad knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas
- Update Medical Information Standard Response Documents when new data or updates to Product Labelling changes
- Ensure the alignment of response documents to global/regional/local labelling and licensing for all the Countries we support.
- Maintains compliance with corporate and departmental training, SOPs and WIs
- Support quality assurance checks on vendor and participate actively in ensuring launch readiness for both inspections and audits (including mock audits)
