For our client we are looking for a Senior Technical Documentation Engineer (F/M) with following responsibilities:- Anticipating, identifying and analyzing customers' information needs from an end-to-end perspective.
- Developing the delivery project documentation in German
- Leading standard analysis, third party analysis and problem/requirement analysis to establish documentation standards, architectures and processes for high quality and timely delivery from a whole-picture perspective rather than a project perspective.
- Coordinating with cross-functional areas such as the Marketing, R+amp;D and Support Departments and organizing documentation project managers to work out systematic solutions that ensure high-quality and timely release of all documentation.
Skills:
- Experience in planning and implementing complex technical documentation suites
- Thorough knowledge of documentation architecture, documentation problem/ requirement analysis.
- Experience in end-to-end documentation delivery and management during a project, including engineering documents (network planning documents, acceptance manuals and test cases), product documents and so on.
- More than 6 years in information architecture, development, customer analysis.
- Proficient in team building, team management and project management.
- Knowledge of telecom areas, such as wireless, transmission, core network and data communications
- Fluency in German and English
