Skills must-have:
Experience supporting Accounts & Customers department (at least 3-4 years)
Knowledge of specific bank processes and regulations in this area.
Experience participating in IT-projects with IT-suppliers
Experience bridging the gap between IT and Business
Analytical skills
Good German language skills
Good English language skills
Very strong experience in SQL analysis
Skills nice to have:
Knowledge in key banking processes in Cash & Payments
Specific applications: the core banking system OBS and the client output systems ORT and/or archiving systems. .
Working in a remote collaboration environment (videoconference, offshore, cross-culture)
Working in an agile environment
