Tasks:
• High and Detailed Level Designs for Business Customer Journeys
• Provide technical consultancy to API and Microservices Teams implementing the design
Requirements:
• Microservice Design for a range of digital use cases around marketing, sales, service
• Digital Data / Event Based Architecture e.g. NoSQL tech like MongoDB, Event Streaming tech like Kafka
• API Design
• With experience of building application in an agile development methodology
• Digital capabilities for integration of Customer Channels with Core IT Systems
• Omni-Channel (Digital Self Service and Human Assisted Channels)
• Data Architecture, Data Mapping
• Cloud Application Hosting
