Under the direction of the Delivery Manager, the incumbent is responsible to proactively plan, lead and
co-ordinate and/or provide specialist skills, within all IFS markets for all UAT testing aspects of a
portfolio of projects and systems and lead UAT testing process improvement initiatives, to ensure new
or amended business processes and systems perform as intended.
Tätigkeiten
• Prepare and ensure sign-off on a well-developed UAT Test Plan document for all UAT events.
Execute successfully against that plan through to Go/No Go decision.
• Prepare and execute project schedule respective to UAT activities; coordinate with overall
project manager to synchronize with other phase activities
• Ensure appropriate resources from user community are allocated, trained and engaged in the
UAT process & tools & methodology
• Participate in overall Requirements process to provide input and sign-off on requirements from
a testing standpoint
• Ensure requirements are thoroughly and successfully tested, using tools such as traceability
matrix and standard repository-based tracking to provide high quality user testing.
• Assist in identifying issues and risks within UAT strategy
• Manage test data gathering and test data staging efforts for UAT.
• Document all test results and develop/execute a process for team walkthroughs and efficient
resolution.
• Drive and facilitate regular meetings with constituents, leading effective decision making as
relevant.
• Facilitates resolution of defects during UAT; review of defects in earlier test phases.
• Develop a collaborative partnership with key partners, including BSS, Business Analysts,
SMEs, Mathematik, Finance, Actuary users/testers and respective managers, project team
members
• Create and produce metrics to support the end to end test process
• Communicate regularly and effectively to partners and managers. Monitor and report
progress, milestones, and issues. Manage risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Strive for and achieve continuous improvement for best practice-level testing process
• Develop a solid understanding of the system, user functionality and ongoing business
requirements. · - Must be highly disciplined and have the ability to execute on assignments independently.

· - Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
· - Excellent organizational and time management skills
· - Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic
thinking is required.
· - Ability to work with demanding users in a high pressure environment
· - Ability to multi-task is essential
· - Experience with management, creation, and execution of test packs is required
· - Experience with Quality Center (defect & test plan tool) is a plus.

Min 5 years of testing, business analysis, and/or project management experience. Heavy
testing preferred, and requirements experience a plus
• Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center
• Language skills English and German essential.
