Beschreibung

The following skills profile is required

Soft-Skills: strong analytical skills and an ability to translate business requirements. Flexibility to embrace technology changes and new telecom platforms. Good communication (written and spoken). Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Technical-Skills:
Good IT skills, including strong telecom knowledge and skills, understanding of IP networks as well as servers operating systems
Experience on telecom platforms (on premise and/or cloud), eg, Microsoft (Skype/Teams), Avaya Aura and call center Elite environment or Cisco

The following task should be performed:

Participate to telecom projects
Participate to telecom incidents and requests management raised by our internal customers / users (focus on priority and SLA)
Focus on business call center, including CTI with CRM applications
Monitor the telecoms services and support reporting tools for proactive management to minimize outages
Improve and develop our telecom services to best serve the business
Monitor, review, recommend, test, and implement new telecom software revision/feature sets/patch
Coordinate and manage planned telecom maintenance activities
Coordinate with other IT units
Implement and support trunking such as H.323, SIP, ISDN PRI
