For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager Bank (m/f)Tasks/Skills
-Management Support: Facilities Soft Services / Client Services
-Support is required for the Client Services manager who regularly works out of offices outside Frankfurt, e.g. Berlin
-The consultant would support the Client Services Manager to ensure continuous management presence in Frankfurt
-The consultant's role is to oversee and assist in managing a small team of internal and external specialists looking after Client Services, i.e. non-technical Facilities Management Services such as Catering +amp; Hospitality, Mail +amp; Distribution, Archiving, Reprographics, Reception, as well as the respective 3rd party providers that deliver these services
-One key focus is meeting with internal clients / business managers to discuss their requirements, take up their complaints
-Complaint management
-Incident management
- Support of strategic initiatives
