Workstation Admin (Berlin)• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role. High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language.
• High level of customer support. Able to listen to and troubleshoot with customers with a wide variety of perspectives
• Sufficient ability for workstation support in Windows 10, Mac OS, Ubuntu Linux
• Setup and maintenance: Workstations and laptop, Network (wifi/cabling/equipment), Security system, telephone, conference room, printer, copier, electronics, IT desk and electric cabling, virtual workstation, cloud, portals
• IT equipment shipping and receiving, travel to electronic store, shipping and hardware centres for pick-up and drop-off, repair, and maintenance
• Support deployment of BeyondTrust to workstations
• Support laptop replacement deployment
• Patching and routine maintenance of software and hardware
• Experience with email, passwords, SSO, and client/server troubleshooting
• Installing and configuring a wide variety of applications for workstations
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WIFI, CIDR, and VPN client setup
• Training and IT orientations, Help maintain user instructions for new joiners
