Aufgabe:? DMS & Archiving for SAP Transformation
Provide future-proof Document Management and Archiving Solutions, DMS enhancements for additional business processes in Orinoco, Define SAP Archiving Strategy, Adaption of DMS Services and data models for SAP Business Partner, Archiving and retrieval of documents, data and reports from SAP and other systems, Development of a concept for the consolidation of legacy archives, -data migration to the target DMS/archive, -implementation of an integration layer for the access to multiple archives, Establishment of standard archiving and retrieval services.
? Postbox
Decrease print and postage costs by using new channels for uni-directional communication towards banks customers, Provide a document archive for access by banks customers (i.e. the Postbox), Extend the Online Banking platform for Postbox access (browser, iPhone app), Implement Postbox administration front-end and business logic
? DMS Mandatory
Abschluß CMIO Migration, Bereitstellung von Quartalsreleasen für DMS, Umsetzung von mandatorische Maßnahmen im DMS Umfeld
Business Analyse im Bereich Dokumentenmanagementsysteme, Erstellen eines Project requirement documents, Prozeßanalyse, Datenschutz, rechtliche Anforderungen prüfen
Anforderung:
- 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Business Analyse.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Document Management & Archivierung unabdingbar.
- Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Anforderungen, Datenschutz- und Revisionsvorgaben an ein DMS Archiv.
- Technisches Verständnis der DMS Systeme
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Experte im Umfeld Datenmanagement
