Project Manager Process Structure (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Understand and evaluate the creative process of the Product Creative Direction team (based on current season). Identify gaps.
- Perform interviews with team members to capture their needs for future seasons. E.g. What did they miss during the explore phase?
- Document current key stakeholders and interdependencies.
- Using a Design Thinking approach and based on observations and analysis of SS23 process, document and propose a new optimized FW23 end to end process across Color, Materials and Graphics, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners and interdependencies.
- Use Smartsheet and other PM tools to document process.
- Final output should be on a power point presentation with all workstreams clearly mapped out. This document should be as detailed as possible and can be used as the blueprint of Product Creative Direction for multiple seasons.
- Create a calendar template that is visually friendly for all parts of the team (e.g. Smartsheet calendar app, excel based, etc). Include key BU and Brand milestones.
Main qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Design Management or Business Management.
- Experience working in Design and understanding of design processes of great advantage
- Project Management tools (smartsheet, powerpoint, inDesign)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Outspoken, confident and quick learner
- Able to turn ideas into actionable process
- Able to visualize complex process
