Job details:
German language proficiency is mandatory
• Work on all levels of SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies as an individual contributor as well as Team Leader
• Proficient in Client and stakeholder Interactions
• 7+ years of experience in Mainframe Technology – COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, MQ, preferably in Banking Domain. Candidate must have good experience in CICS
• Should also able to design and develop the system
• Good Problem solving skills and technically sound
• Manage the team and keep them motivated
• Can speak German
