Key responsibilities- Work with the Global Medical Team and across the Medical organization to ensure and maintain key governance systems and processes
- Be responsible for planning and overseeing the operational aspects of Medical Affairs projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and according to required quality and compliance requirements
- Support process, system and vendor onboarding activities in alignment with Global team
- Support and monitor improvement of performance of vendors, systems and adapt processes accordingly
- Monitor the Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) proposals and Grants timelines
- Serving as Global Medical representative on standing and project-based cross-functional teams where operations are concerned
- Develop and maintain knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, codes of practices and the Company policies related to all medical activities
- Cross functional working experience with Customer Contact Centre, Quality and Pharmacovigilance
