To support our projects, we are currently looking for:
Market Product and Market Development Expert (Experienced) (m/w/d)
Main tasks:
• Analysis of market trends and practices, assessment of available solutions in the field of payment, clearing and settlement services as well as in liquidity management
• Contributing to the works on securities settlement harmonisation
• Support the implementation of policies in the field of payment clearing and securities settlement systems, including high level advice on specific projects
• Support and consultancy services related to procurement and acquisition procedures
• Support and consultancy services related to Legal and Contract Management
Profile requirements:
? Have a Bachelor degree (or above) in Economics, IT, Finance, Business Administration or the equivalent.
? Excellent English communication skills (C1)
? Knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in the field of financial markets, securities settlement systems, payment settlement systems or collateral management systems in either the private sector or the public sector
? Ideally more than 2 years of experience in a business environment with English as the main working language
Further skills as a plus:
? Good knowledge in procurement and acquisition procedures as well as more than 4 years of relevant experience
? Know well IT application and lifecycle management
? Knowledge in Eurosystem projects and Eurosystem market infrastructure services and other Eurosystem applications and/or more than 4 years of relevant experience
? Proven more than 4 years of experience in drafting notes, reports, policy dossiers or business process documentation for internal or external stakeholders
? Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
? Excellent problem-solving skills, presentation skills and agile working skills
