- Adaptation of Global Medical Information training for implementation at German call centers, external business partners, and other BioNTech team members on Medical Information content & processes
- Development of Medical Information Processes from a German remit to support the Medical Information function
- Adapt Global digital content for the German Medical Information website
- Continuous monitoring of product trends from a German level to ensure appropriate content strategy and documents are triaged to the Global Medical Information team
- Continuous improvement of German Medical Information processes and deliverables
- Support German audit readiness at all times to GxP standards
