Skills Required:• Candidates should have strong customer management skills and/or an aptitude to work calmly with customers under immense pressure
• Ability to put ‘customer first’ in any situation
• Extensive knowledge of Notes/Domino Administration including internals like LTPA, Security, Certificates
• Knowledge of network analyzers like Wireshark, windows debugging tools, protocols like VP, TCSPI, RTP, SIP etc.
• Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and SSL Communication is needed
• Strong administration skills on Notes/Domino/SameTime/Traveler or equivalent are must. Candidates with only App Dev experience will not be suitable
• Domain knowledge of Instant Messaging, Voice and Video Conferencing Solution is important
• Working knowledge of OS - Win/ Unix/ Linux is required
• Should be willing to work in shifts during weekdays/weekends
• Long term commitment to Germany location is a must
• Should have strong desire to seek long term career in Customer Support field
• Candidate should be German citizen and working from Germany.
Skills Desirable:
• Network/OS Admin skills.
• Knowledge of Other Messaging Systems like MS Exchange/Sendmail desirable
