Rate:500 Euros/Day
12 month rolling contract

Data Access Layer BAU Support
Key responsibilities
• Level 1 – 2 Support of the strategic Data Access Layer (DAL) application based on Azure
Cloud, including:
• Monitoring of data pipelines and Databricks jobs
• Incident and exception management via SOP driven resolutions, keep KEDB and other
related documentation up to date
• Troubleshooting:
o Example: Re-triggering of pipelines in case of missed time delivery
• Proactive notifications of customers and development team in case of any issues
• Request based activities, including serving as the first point of contact for customers
o Example: User support to request & get correct privileges to access DAL
• Level 2 support for Incident and problem resolution, break fixes, etc.
• Issue reporting and root-cause analysis
• Any other Level 1 - 2 support activities as reasonably required
Key Skills
• Experienced development resources focused on Azure based data solutions
• Good programming skills: SQL, Python
• Very good English communication and written skills
• Experience with ETL tools (i.e. Azure Data Factory, Powercenter)
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
• Experience with dimensional data model concepts and structures
• Knowledge of SQL Databases
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
