brief project description: Upgrade to SRM EhP1 and implement new system solutions (e.g. SRM Sourcing; SRM Contract Management; SRM Supplier Management) to enable automation and standardization of the end-to-end procurement processes. To ensure a smooth roll-out of the supporting processes, the implementation is organized into 5 main work packages which are also broken down into smaller deliverables enabling smaller but faster incremental improvement.
