We are costumer we are looking for a SAP PP-PI/QM Consultant (m/f/d).As part of a carve-out, the parent company will copy their existing SAP (SAP ERP ECC 6.0 EHP 7) and the carved-out company will use this as a starting point of their operations.
We were asked to provide a carve-out BluePrint that will conceptualize said carve-out (the high level plan is under goals), the nature of this document is to only document, where change will be necessary and to only document what has to be changed in order to create a lean concept document for the carve-out execution that is going to follow in February.
The areas PP and QM are not expected to have a big change effort, and thus the workload in this assessment is relatively low (keep in mind, the system is going to be copied and the configuration should be kept as is, besides necessary changes that have to be done e.g. due to the change in master data). In this workstream you as a consultant will work closely with one of our technical consultants who will ultimatively assess the affected interfaces of the processes that are within the scope of PP and QM.
It is necessary for you, to create - in collaboration with the customer - a strategy to structure these workstreams as a first step in these workstreams. We will provide you with the standard documentation framework that we have prepared for this project. A high level project plan was already created and needs to be verified / validated by you as soon as possible and can be checked in the goals area.

- Master Data & Production Information System: (Operating Schedule, BOM, Data Migration & Legal Requirements, Change Management, Authorization Management)
- Deliverables:
- Consolidation of the results from the workshops
- Documentation of the changed to-be business processes after system copy
- Idenfication of affected interfaces
- Documentation of necessary customizing and organizational adjustments in the carve-out manual
Must have competences

- fluent German and English
Nice to have competences
- ideally process industry know how (SAP PP-PI)

This position is planned with 40 man days till end of January.
The work is planned to take place remotely.
An extension for the execution of the carve out is possible.
