Für unseren Kunden aus der Dienstleistungsbranche suchen wir langfristig einen Agile Coach / Scrum Master (m/w/d) mit Salesforce Know-how auf Contracting-Basis.Rahmendaten:
Start: November 2020
Ende: 31.12.2021 ++
Einsatzort: während Corona remote, später teilweise Stuttgart
Auslastung: 4 Tage pro Woche
Hinweis:
Agile Coach soll ab November im Rahmen des Customer Experience Programms (bestehend aus Global CRM Sales Cloud, CPQ, ECommerce, Customer Portal, Global CRM Marketing Cloud and Social Media sowie Websites/CMS) starten.
Das Programm startet nächstes Jahr und derzeit befindet sich der Kunde in der Vorbereitung eines agilen Programm Set-Ups mit Squads und Chapters.
Der Agile Coach soll unterstützen, das Programm agil aufzusetzen, vorzubereiten, die Leute zu schulen etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Program management in developing the organizational structure of the new program and lead the team according to agile principles
- Develop standards and procedures for the agile process?
- Help establishing new working methodology within the program
- Integrate related methodologies within the program
- Provide training to Program members on the agile process?
- Coach Scrum Masters and agile teams in applying the methodology?
- Help teams navigate with agile tools
- Encourage employees and stakeholder buy-in?
- Support Cultural change
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Expert in agile methodology and strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban?
- Long-term experience as a Scrum master ?in agile software development?
- Experienced in Salesforce ecosystem (SalesCloud, MarketingCloud, ServiceCloud…)
- Ability to additionally also lead a Scrum Team within the Customer Experience Program
- Strong interpersonal skills, being patient and resilient
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills?
