· Experience in ITSM tools like - BMC / Service now
· Level -1 on Antivirus management
· Full time from working from Client’s client office ( Covid – exception )
· Good communication skills in English Verbal & Written

10 Years Minimum
· Responsible for Ubuntu Operation – BAU Tasks ( via ITSM Tools – Service now, CISM )
· Managing Incident / Service Requests and Change Request
· Deploying Software, O.S via Foreman / Salt stack Deployment tool
· Interaction with Clients - Ticket Clarification / Long pending tickets
· Liaising for new projects planning etc
· Responsible for quality and workmanship of every activity
· Team Meetings
