For one of our customers from Finance Sector we are looking for a experienced Application Architect (f/m). Tasks: rebuild and relaunch of new global Service Management Application, this requires complete re-architecture of entire implementation stack for improved performance, stability, maintainability and usability. Explore and analyse requirements in order to develop Design Specifications for new and existing Enterprise wide Applications and Services, develop Application Architecture principles and models (including technical guidelines and standards described in common technology models, such as components, domains, services and patterns) that can be leveraged across multiple solutions, act as a bridge between the technical domain architects and solution architects and other subject matter experts to ensure that the technology infrastructure meets project/business goals, such as flexibility, complexity reduction, cost reduction and quick delivery, maintain close working relationships and interfaces with the Programme, Product and Delivery Management Teams. Required skills: Experienced Application Architect with experience of Service Management platforms/tools design and implementation, having worked through the end to end delivery of Service Management Solutions comprising of core ITIL processes e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, Config and Service Requests. Objectives: Platform re-design and re-architecture driving down implementation complexity and closer alignment to product offering. Duration: asap to end of the year. Assignment location: London.
