System-Engineer Consumer Division Development (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Organize technical/technological project parts (structural and technical overview)
- Risk management contribution, Quality management contribution
- Integration of 3rd party suppliers, support licensing / 3rd party certification
- Cost, time, risk and effort monitoring & balancing
- Drive product development process
- RFQ / RFI / PRD document responsibility (together with PJM, Purchasing
- Coordinate schedule (in cooperation with PJM), Communication interface
- Take up holistic project view
- Interact as initial single point of contact (detailed with within professions)
- Identify of profession overlapping tasks/problems and drive solutions of them
- Be part of the whole product development cycle from PM ideation phase to end of development
- Translate user requirements to technical requirements
- Break down requirements to implementable portions
- Negotiate and validate CM solutions and the matureness of them
- Act as strong technical link to the supplier
- Own system design proposal (incl. system block diagram)
- Oversee dependencies/technical detail work
- Definition for product tests, create interfaces
- Root cause analysis in case of unclear responsibility
Main qualifications
- Profound professional experience in systems engineering
- Agile working methods and design thinking would be an asset
- Highly analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Assertive, empathic, dealing with different requirements of different disciplines
- English - business fluent in technical discussions
