We are searching freelancer for our customer, an international finance company, to support it as a

service design consultant (m/w).

Tasks:
• Complex Service Designs – aligned to the ITIL V3 methodology – covers the creation and analysis of multi-tier IT solutions in an international, cross boarder IT environment aligned to the company as well as regulatory requirements of the specific countries
• A broad know-how is required starting from operational down to process related skills to be able to present a stable, reliable and ready for production solution to business units and other internal functions
• The day to day business requires skills to translate business needs into technical solutions, requires the ability to abstract technical solutions and service requirements into contract terms and requires project management and communication skills enabling the ability to deliver in time and in quality

• Operating Systems (Unix - Linux, Windows)
• Databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL)
• Storage (EMC, NetApp)

• End User Devices (Terminal Server, VDI, Windows Clients)
• Virtualization (VMWare, ZEN, Citrix)

Negotiation & Contract:
• Creation of technical or process documentation for outsourcing / outtasking activities

Operational experience with several operating systems and middleware components (databases, file server solutions, basic network):
• Implementation of process frameworks
• Working experience within an international environment
• Team member for an outsourcing or outtasking of technical or process oriented solutions
• Creation of process documentation
• Creation of technical descriptions
• Experience with BPM solutions
• Project lead
• Programm team lead
