Roles & Responsibilities:
? A strong hands-on development experience with customer facing skills.
? Design, implement and maintain Office 365 & SharePoint Online-based solutions, apps and services
? Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to standards, procedures, and techniques for administration, change management, and problem resolution
? Assist in project development, defining technical requirements and developing solutions
? Consult on SharePoint customization projects and provide business case analysis using out-of-box functionality and development through SharePoint designer or customized solutions
? Collaborate with infrastructure and deployment teams
? Provide recommendations on solutions and/or best practices in the architecture, design, and governance of a SharePoint environment
? Assist a sales engineer in creating solution proposals for prospective clients
? Collect detailed user requirements. Works with Internal team to analyze collected requirements, ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
? Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
? Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
? Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
? Pay high attention to detail in all work.
? Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables
? Work diligently towards better relationship with the customer
? Take part in customer satisfaction surveys and provide constructive feedback
Skills required:
• A minimum of 10+ years of Microsoft.NET development with a minimum of 5+ years of pure SharePoint deployment/development in the enterprise
• Experience working and supporting large, complex or enterprise-wide solutions.
• Implementation and customization of SharePoint-based solutions and Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows.
• Microsoft.NET development to extend and augment the SharePoint platform.
• Web development with modern standards and JavaScript libraries
• Experience with or exposure to Office 365 aligning with DevOps Model
• Must have a strong understanding of C#, .NET framework and ASP.NET
• Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, energetic and professional demeanor, and be very client-oriented are all must-have characteristics
• Strong technical writing skills and able to work on large, remote project teams
• Communication skills in German and English
• Understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL V3 foundation cert preferred)
