Beschreibung
For our client, we are looking for a Projektmanager (m/w/d)- Implementation of EMEA SD WAN, as soon as possible.
Project:
The management of WAN (SD-WAN) has been outsourced to a service Provider for all Clients regions world-wide. Our project stream is expected to execute the implementation into 56 locations within EMEAR and coordinate all respective assignments. To rebuild the network, the project plans a Transition and a Transformation phase. In the Transition phase, we will build an overlay network, leveraging SD-WAN technology, on existing physical (underlay) network and will not touch existing local contracted physical network. At this phase, the outsourcing partner will have operational responsibility and ownership on overlay and only have operational responsibility on underlay.
In the Transformation phase the outsourcing partner will replace the physical network going from the client owned to the Service provider owned at the contract end of the existing physical networks. We are looking for a consultant to support both the transition and transformation phases.
Tasks:
The tasks of the service provider to be contracted are as follows:
1. Setup of project structure for EMEAR project stream and coordination with as well as reporting to global project leadership
2. Systematic stakeholder- and communication management in a multi-vendor environment
3. Planning and management of data line transitions from local WAN providers to outsourcing partner
4. Coordination of access rights and timeslots for installation of new gateway appliances in all locations 5. Overseeing of decommissioning of current EMEA WAN management infrastructure (Riverbed)
6. Set up ITSM Service Process between the Client and Service providers.
7. Order and manage port activations by Service provider in all locations
Anforderungen
Consultants must have verbal and written proficiency in English
• We are looking for profiles of competent, senior project managers who can deliver the results detailed under the tasks.
