Transition Manager (Banking-IT)

Role: Transition Manager
Exposure to end-to-end project management experience preferred
Excellent organization and time management skills required
Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
Accountability and responsibility for transitions documentation
Responsible for maintaining the project database with current project updates
Use sound judgment to escalate issues and risks as appropriate per the Transitions guidelines
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple deliverables for different stakeholders at the same time
Excellent proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with local and global project teams
Excellent communications skills
Effective decision making skills
Excellent written and oral presentation skills in German and English
Experience in ITIL/Service Management
