Your tasks
- The architect will coordinate the subsequent implementations and projects in the Beacon platform.
- The potential candidate will be responsible for 1) creating an architecture framework for a reliable operations of the Beacon platform and 2) coordinate and align the different stakeholder
- The role will entail strong knowledge of the Beacon platform, in IT architecture, good communication skills and experience creating artefacts, deliverables.
- This will require a professional and integrated way of working with senior stakeholders as well as architects and IT Security and Information Security experts.
- The role will require good understanding of the Energy Trading Business, focussing on Modelling and Risk.
- The role also requires an understanding of strategic architectural concepts and the ability to derive necessary actions.
- The candidate will design the cloud based architecture for micro services and modelling which is integrated and scalable and define the architecture based on the data types and use cases of the energy trading business.
- Reporting lines:The role reports directly to the Technical Product Owner Modelling and Project Lead Beacon Platform
Must have competences
- Proven experience in designing/building a micro service infrastructure in the energy trading business is key
- Know-how in data-driven-cloud architecture concepts
- Familiar with state of the art cloud technologies as well as best practices (vendors/solutions)
- Knows trading business processes, esp. around Middle Office and Risk and data structure
- Familiar with Beacon platform
