Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Unterstützung!Service Operations Service Integration Management
Consultant will lead of working packages for SO owned projects (Power Platform Enviroment)
Key Processes:
Manage IT Project, Deliveries, Suppliers
Fine conception and Implementation of new features and functionalities for designated projects within SO.
All processes within ST-SO for complex projects and programs
Tasks:
- Creation of project plans for IT
- Requirement engineering and preparation of specifications within the scope of the analysis and
- implementation of all steps relevant to the project scope
- Manage external suppliers
- Monitoring of project progress and tracking of relevant action points
- Creation of necessary work packages and derivation of deliverables
- Review and evaluation of the project results
- Risk Management
- Creation and management of decision path for management
- Stakeholder Communication
- Close monitoring of project progress. Early and proactive communication to the program management and Management as soon as the achievement of objectives is in danger.
- Implementation and execution of regular project reporting
- Manage any kind of procurement incl. defining RfI/RfQ
Must:
Several years of experience in managing software development and IT infrastructure projects
Several years of experience in the use of project management tools (GPM/IPMA, PMI, Prince2) -
certification desired
Several years of experience with IT architectures, current software platforms and
applications in telecommunications
Several years of experience with software development processes (waterfall and agile)
Several years of experience in communication and presentation of complex issues and risks to
management
Several years of experience in active, structured management of project meetings and larger
rounds
