- Implementation and troubleshooting of FCR (Firewall Change Requests), VPN and LoadBalancer configurations
- Configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, WLAN
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis at network level for Incidents reported by SHS Incident Management
- Proactively monitor the network infrastructures and ensure all problems are solved or reported/escalated to the appropriate teams/ department members when required
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in dealing with VLANs, CDP/LLDP, UDLD, VPN, GRE, ACL, NAT, Cisco
- Hands on experience with Cisco Switches Running NX-OS / IOS and Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Good knowledge with Cisco ACI, Pablo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls or BIG-IP F5
- Knowledge in Linux and excellent English skills
