- Preparation Management Meeting (every two weeks)
- Taking notes (protocol) of Management Meeting (every two weeks)
- Preparation an Moderating PL-Meeting (once a week)
- Taking notes (protocol) of PL-Meeting (once a week)
- Preparation and taking notes (protocol) of Supplier Review MIB3 OI (every two weeks)
- Taking notes (protocol) of Supplier Review Navigation (every two weeks)
- Taking notes (protocol) of Bootcamp (10 times a week)
- Daily Ticket Tracking (6 times a week)
- Board or PowerPoint update of bootcamp supplier session (3x times a week)
- Creation and weekly update of internal Status Report (once a week)
- Status report VW (5x times a week)
- Participation Daily LGE internally (5 times a week)
- Participation and notes CR Telco (once a week)
- Participation and notes Test management telco (once a week)
- Moderation & exchange of information FO Meeting (once a week)
- Updates and Tracking of issues in OPL (5 times a week)
- Taking notes (Protocol) of additional meetings (3 times a week)
- Organization and documentation VW access for supplier (every four weeks)
- Organization and tracking of Flash action (5 times a week)
- Update and Sharing of the Contact list (every four weeks)
Qualifications and skills
- 2/3 years of higher education
- At least 2 years of experience as support project manager, in technical domains
- Practise of the German and English languages are mandatory
