? Willingness to work in on-call-duty shifts

? HP Service Desk 4.5
? Keen understanding of technologies and services
? Experience in operating UNIX systems
? Knowledge of administration of databases
? Ability to work independently, analytically, and thoroughly red by service providers
? Analytical thinking and results oriented
? Willingness to work in on-call-duty shifts
? English fluent in written and in spoken
? German fluent will be an advantage
