Senior Engineer LTE Optimization (Network Radio Planning & Optimization) (m/f) – Ref. Nr. 9004 SRContract: Freelanced or employee
Duration: asap, for 6 months with option for prolongation
Location: Bonn
Task:
- Package Senior Engineer Radio Network Optimization Services
- Manage the project team for RNP/RNO for one customer
- Knowledge transfer to local company RNO employees
- Assistants of the responsible NTS / RNO Manager
- Perform Radio Planning and Optimization Tasks in the project
- Target is to support company and companies customers with Radio Planning and Radio Network optimization specific knowledge and take the responsibility for the RNO project team for one project
- The scope of work is based on the agreement with companies customers in Germany and can be changed
- Changes requirements to the mutual agreement of the company and the sub-contractor
- Interface of RNP/RNO within the project to other groups
- Development of processes in the project
- Negotiation with customers
- Development and presentation of technical workshops for customers
- Drive test plan and coordination with partners
- Site/Cluster optimization for commercial LTE networks
- This includes making test plan, test data review and documents exchanging as well as performance monitoring and reporting to improve radio network performance to reach the acceptance target
- Optimization Activities
- Handover optimization
- Drop call rate optimization
- PS attach and context activation optimization
- Throughput optimization
- Other work assignments of radio network planning and optimization
- Adjacency and Interference Optimization
- Parameter Fine-tuning for LTE
- PS Traffic Monitoring and Optimization
- KPI Development and Implementation
Qualification:
- Experience in LTE Radio Planning and Optimization
- Driving license
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willing to travel within Germany in short term
- Willing to work under pressure and multi-culture atmosphere
