Based in Munich, my client is working on a very worthwhile cause, using digital products to support a health condition affecting the population. Funded by their corporate partner, this venture offer both flexibility and a start-up culture, with a fast pace software environment.
Their team are structured, goal-oriented and cost aware work ethic, and they are looking for a like-minded Senior Developer to join them to support their Backend.
You will be building and modifying end points of their API the Postgres database that sits behind it, so that their mobile app can meet the changing needs of our users. You will be leading new features on a Rails web app with simple but elegant, responsive UI.
The ideal candidate will come with strong Ruby-on-rails experience (minimum 3 years, familiar with tools like RSpec & Minitest). You will also have a strong background in web development Javascript (ES6) and Html. You will value quality code and embrace working in a TDD environment, with experience building on AWS or another cloud provider.
English speaking, on-site in Munich or Remote (with occasional meetings on site, post Covid)
