For a customer in Frankfurt / Bonn we are currently looking for a

Lead Business Functional Analyst (m/f/d)

Scope of work
- Analyze and develop infrastructure solution patterns and scale-up or scale-down requirements for application consolidation via data migration, application migration or decommissioning based on application requirements in UNITY. Coordination of infrastructure service providers and support development and validation of business case

Skills required
- Infrastructure requirements analysis for enduser computing products and technology groups (e.g. desktop mobility and print, email, unified communications, voice)
- Infrastructure ordering, provisioning and execution processes at DB and PB either vendor centric or product centric for enduser computing products
- Solid understanding of business case perspective
- Tools/Frameworks: Tools for ordering and processing enduser computing infrastructure requests
