Description:System Engineer for MES-Project (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation.
Task Description (to be finalized):
System Engineer/ Analyst translates business needs and requirements into requirements following MES operational procedure of implementation.
* Responsible for making sure MES system has right features and value to business.
* Responsible for making sure Business Process maps are available and current.
* Member of the Scrum team during project sprints, making sure right system is built or right features are implemented correctly.
Results delivery for a major program or multiple smaller projects through collaboration with a cross-functional team and vendors.
Requirements:
- Successfullycompleted IT orengineeringstudiesorsimilarqualifications
- Experiencewith IT systemsandbasicunderstandingofdatabasesandprogrammingormodellingofsoftware
- Technicalknowledgeregardingtheprocesses in production
- Experienceandknowledge in projectworkandcorrespondingtools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Green Belt) desirable
- Initial experienceofworking in interdisciplinaryand international teamsdesirable - Fluent German andverygoodwrittenandspokenEnglish
- High degreeofresilienceandself-motivation
- Strongconflictandproblem-solvingskills
- Identification of improvement opportunities, flexibility towards change
