Business Analyst - Microsoft O365, Office Pro Plus, Outlook, Exchange - Germany

Role Description: ITPM/YASH are seeking a talented Microsoft O365 Business Analyst to help support an O365 deployment across 4 regions (UK, US, Germany and India)
Role Responsibility:
- Manage Business Analysis from either APAC, Germany, UK - EMEA perspective
- Experience implementing Microsoft O365 implementation at scale (>10,000 users)
- Work with Application owners to make sure testing of apps going to plan and tested against new version of O365. Understand any technical issues and work with DB engineering teams as appropriate.
- Hep implement new Office 365 process, features and tools. Document improvements, measure and repeat the process.
- Investigation, analysis, mapping and modelling of key/critical business processes against new Ways of Working' in Office 365
- Identify, define and prioritise business requirements for O365 functions requirements.
- Create deliverables and business change road-map
- Work with deployment lead project manager to scope and work with business around planning migrations.
- Managing/working with vendors
Skills & Experience:
- Experience implementing Microsoft O365 implementation at scale (>10,000 users)
- Experience with Office Pro Plus
- Strong project delivery experience in Office suite (including Outlook and Exchange) with the ability to deliver under pressure
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing business stakeholders
