Position/Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Program Manager
Base Location: Herzogenaurach, Germany
Number of Positions to fill: 03
Daily Rate: Negotiable
Expected Level Experience (In Years): Between 12 to 15 Years

Required Skillset
- Strong Program Manager with CXO facing experience. Good understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware.
- 15+ years of experience in IT industry across various Technology stack, and 10+ years in managing eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Loyalty based projects
- Experience in working with Senior level stake holders (Internal and External)
- Ability to present strong Product based knowledge and convince the customer on the right approach
- Ability to negotiate Scope, Schedule and Price with customers for large contracts
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum and should be well versed with Scrum of Scrum or Release Trains)
- Strong expertise in handling Multi Country, Multi Stakeholder Implementation Program on Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware
- Ability to provide Consultative leadership and also engage with product vendor architects comfortably
- Very Strong Stakeholder Management skills all the way upto CXO level
- Manage a team - in an Agile environment - consisting of a team of Salesforce resources including analysts, developers and administrators
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SDLC and Agile best practices, techniques and technologies.
- Experience managing large projects and in the creation of complex operational processes and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing/eCommerce/Loyalty Initiatives for various Industries preferably CPG and Retail.
- Good Exposure to Distributed Agile and KPI/measurements in Agile engagements.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and leadership skills with proven success completing complex projects on time and within budget
- Directing and mentoring development team and PMO, driving development with methodologies and industry best practices
- Passionate, proactive, and deeply committed to driving breakthroughs in customer experience and providing solutions.
