For a project in Financial Services Industry we are looking for a business analyst with SAP ICM experience.The target of this project is to migrate the customer & product data from one system to another. It should also be assessed which processes are to be migrated in order to maintain the day-to-day operations of the company. The migration will take place incrementally starting with deep analysis in 2020, going through data migration in 2021 and ending with decommissioning the legacy systems in 2022.
MUST HAVE Skills:
- Profound experience in analysis and documentation of SAP Incentive & Commission Management (FS-ICM) migration projects
- Knowledge of German legal & regulatory requirements on commission settlement
- Knowledge of ETL/Interface specification & solution design
DESIRED Skills:
- Knowledge of commission processing in a Bank
- Migration of master data and transactional data from legacy applications to SAP ICM
Project tasks in detail:
- Business and functional analysis on migration of commission case processing into SAP ICM
- Evaluate work breakdown structure and necessary budget for a migration project
- Design of a data crawler to extract commission relevant transactions out of existing sales applications
