Trainer - Germany (local candidates)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training plans related to various software systems and tools used by internal and external end-users based upon specific organizational needs.
- Design and implement training activities and presentation according to authorized training plans.
- Conduct assessments of training sessions and compile lessons learned to improve the training approaches in the future plans.
- Acquire new systems, gather relevant information and assimilate technical material to create complete and accurate training courses appropriate for the target audiences.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years directly related professional experience in providing user support and in designing and delivering training to technical and non-technical audiences in English.
- Sound knowledge of best practices and approaches in the area of learning and training.
- Ability to explain the complexities of software systems effectively.
- Ability to read and understand functional requirements, business process models and technical specifications to design and deliver audience-specific training.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and graphic tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Must be a team player, experienced in working with others to achieve an objective.
- Must be customer-focussed and responsive, with a professional manner.
Additional Skills:
- Experience of e-learning course design and teaching.
